The Space:
Rotorua Vistas is a spacious, two-storey retreat designed for large groups, families or friends wanting to relax and reconnect in comfort and style.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area that flows out onto a deck. The master bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and city-to-lake outlook, two additional bedrooms and a third full bathroom.
Downstairs on the ground floor, enjoy two more well-appointed bedrooms, a second full bathroom and a cosy TV lounge perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. A dedicated laundry room and internal access to the double garage.
Guest Access:
You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the kitchen, dining area, and living spaces. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a BBQ grill for outdoor enjoyment. Free parking is available both on the premises and on the street.

The location and property where great and convenient to stay in. We have family that live in Rotorua so we spent a lot of time with them. The disappointing bit was finding that the house had not been cleaning out of the previous occupants food that was left in a kitchen drawer and was rotting. It was eventually cleaned out, also the downstairs carpet smelt musty, as we had a baby coming from overseas, we cleaned the carpet ourselves and put an air freshener along with the air purifier down there which got rid of the smell Gernerally the stay was great, the family from Australia enjoyed their time in New Zealand and being originally from Rotorua, it was great to have a look around to see the changes that have happened. This was our first time using Book A Bach and was a good experience.
