Located in a family friendly gated community, this updated cottage gives you the opportunity to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. When you first enter the cottage, you will love the feel of this bright and breezy space that was recently redecorated including new furniture. The sun pours in through large oversized windows adding to the bright & airy interior. Open concept kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the cozy family room. Glass doors lead to a beautiful sunroom with cathedral ceiling. The primary bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed while the secondary bedroom includes a bunk bed with full size mattress on the bottom, a twin up top anda twin trundle. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, updated vanity, and stacked washer/dryer in the closet. The living room has 2 brand new sofas and flat screen TV. There is electric heat for the off seasons and central AC for the summer. A golf cart is included with your rental to zip around the Seaglass community. The resort offers unparalleled amenities including a clubhouse with a spacious and modern workout area as well as a unique 60' x 50' walking resistance pool, 75' x 45' adult swimming pool and oversized adult Jacuzzi. In the mood for tennis or pickleball, courts are available. The family pool is fun for all ages with a large, heated pool, small kiddie splash pool, with plenty of tables, umbrellas, lounge chairs and gas grills for your use. Even though our cottage has a fully equipped kitchen you may not want to cook, which will be no problem since there are many amazing restaurants in the area. You are sure to find something close by with the delicious food that Southern Maine is known for and priced to fit any budget. There is so much to see and do in and around Wells, whether you want to spend your days at the beach, check out the charming nearby towns Ogunquit and Kennebunkport, visit the unique shops, go antiquing, or just want to sit, relax, and enjoy the many Seaglass resort amenities.

We are an adult focused community, so some amenities are 18+. Speed limit is 15 mph on the main road and 10 mph on the side roads. Speed limit is strictly enforced! Seaglass Village is a non-smoking facility. This includes the cottage and the grounds. No Pets
