"Coastal Maine Cottage" at Seaglass Village Cottages

Cottage 182 is a beautiful 2 bedroom cottage, located in Seaglass Village Cottages in Wells, ME. It had a quaint master bedroom with a king bed, including comforter, dresser, laundry basket, full closet, ceiling fan, and a private half bathroom attached. The second bedroom has bunk beds (Full on bottom; twin on top, with an additional pull-out trundle bed under the bottom bunk with a twin mattress. There is also a desk, dresser, and full closet; decorated in a nautical/sailing theme. With an open layout, and located off the kitchen, the dining area provides a full-length wood table that is perfect for family dinners (4 chairs but can fit 6 chairs). There is a large open concept kitchen with granite countertops and a cathedral/tray ceiling that provides a large open and light filled environment. The sun porch/living room, which is located right of the dining area/kitchen, is decorated in a nautical/sailing theme as well. It has a full-length sofa and two nautical themed chairs. There is a large flat screen TV with a DVD player, along with Wi-Fi throughout the house. This property is located towards the back of Seaglass Village (last cul-de-sac in village) such that there is no through-traffic, and it is very private and relaxing. It is close to the tennis courts, basketball court, and pickle ball court. There is also a full grill with propane tank available. **GOLF CART INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL** *No smoking, no pets. ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed (twin over full), plus a twin trundle that pulls out from under the bunk bed. You will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, large dining room table, flat screen TV, and Wi-Fi throughout the cottage. We also provide a golf cart to enjoy all that Seaglass has to offer. Disclaimer: The clubhouse at Seaglass is strictly 18+, we do have a lovely family pool area at the front of the facility. Thank you
