"Hideaway Cottage" at Seaglass Village Cottages

This beautiful one year old coastal cottage is tucked back in the peaceful woods away from the hustle and bustle of vacation crowds. Enjoy the professionally designed interior and landscaped yard. It is decorated with a coastal theme that will place you in a relaxed and peaceful frame of mind during your stay. It is spacious enough for up to six people. It is equipped with central heating and ac to ensure your comfort no matter the weather or temperature outdoors. Come enjoy our cottage and what Maine has to offer. There is a covered four passenger golf cart provided for your use to travel to the pools and/or clubhouse or to just take a tour of the village grounds. The beach is only a mile and a half away. The area on the backside of the cottage is equipped with a gas grill, table, plenty of chairs to enjoy a meal, play a game or just relax. Let the cottage be your home base in Maine while you enjoy some of the great activities and establishments that are open and welcoming for the season. Whether it be a day-trip to the Kittery Outlets, to Portsmouth, Kennebunk, Portland, Freeport, Boothbay or just a meal and drinks at your favorite restaurant in York Harbor, Perkin’s Cove, Ogunquit, Drake’s Island or Wells. MASTER BEDROOM:

Features a new Magnolia designed White Queen Shiplap bed with a new plush Sandy Shores mattress. Pottery Barn comforter, extra pillows and blankets. French Blue night stands and Costal style table lamps are on each side. There is a French Blue four drawer chest for storing your clothes. A wall mounted 42” Flat Smart Screen TV for perfect early morning or late night viewing. A ceiling fan circulates the air. Plus feature is a private half bath. Room has two large closets – plenty of room to tuck you suitcases and store your clothes during for your stay.



SECOND BEDROOM:

Has a brand new queen sized bed, plush comforters, extra pillows and blankets. A four Drawer Chest with a matching Taper Turned End Table and accessorized Coastal Themed Stacked Rocks table lamp completes the room. There is 42” Flat Smart Screen TV in the room. Relax under the ceiling fan that circulates air and provides a relaxed sleeping environment. There are two large closets – one contains the washer and dryer – so keep your suitcases light and do your laundry right at your vacation home for the week. *Note – if you are booking after 8/11/18 – there will be a new Queen Size bed and a new plush Sandy Shores mattress set in place of the twin trundle bed.



KITCHEN / DINING AREA:

There is an open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with brand new and upgraded GE Stainless Steel appliances, microwave, glass top stove and dishwasher. There is plenty of room around the new 60”L x 42”W x 30”H Milled Pine Table and its matching 6 side chairs along with the two stools at the kitchen counter. Everyone will be comfortable as they enjoy meals, puzzles or games with family and friends. The stylish white kitchen cabinets are stocked with all the dishes, cookware and utensils that you will need to prepare and enjoy all of your meals. The Granite countertops provide plenty of prep and work area.



LIVING AREA:

The living area has a cathedral ceiling with a ceiling fan and is framed out with a series of easy to open windows. White wooden shades can be raised, lowered, and adjusted to allow in as much light as you desire. It is furnished with a new light pebble tan queen sized sofa bed that provides comfort both sitting and sleeping. There are teal, tan and cream colored swivel gliders that will pull you into a relaxed state. The 48” Smart Screen TV can be rotated into different positions for your viewing pleasure. There is a 47” Courthouse Clock mounted in the center of the back wall above the windows keeping you abreast of the time.



Both bathrooms were upgraded with Harmony Cabinets, Granite countertops and “Natural – Rustic Timber” flooring. Both have upgraded lightening, mirrors and towel bars. The full bath has a tub/shower with a curved shower rod and is decorated in a nautical theme. **Golf Cart with Charger Included! ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
