Belle petite maison avec tout le nécessaire dans un secteur privé entre la plage d’Oguiquit et Wells . Nous avons adoré cet emplacement . Merci pour le bel accueil. La maison est parfaite pour ma famille (6 personnes)Le seul point négatif le terrain de tennis en réparation.

My mother, 6 year old daughter, and myself had a great time in the Beach Dreams complex. It reminded us of a campground, and everyone there was so friendly and nice. Our cottage was in the PERFECT location for my daughter to ride her bike, as this house sits right on a little loop surrounding a Bocce court. This cottage was also closest to the pool and Rec room which are right across the way. We enjoyed having our breakfast outside on the little patio table. One day it rained and I enjoyed reading on the enclosed porch. The kitchen pots, pans and glasses etc. were clean and new. It was well supplied with other kitchen needs such as a Keurig, sandwich bags and napkins etc. The community is on Route 1, which is a busy street to cross if you're biking to the beach like we did, but lucky for us there is a cross walk right at the entrance to the community! So we enjoyed the short bike ride to Moody Beach, North Beach, and Wells Beach. Lastly, the owner Shawn was wonderful! It was pure chaos the morning we checked out due to an unexpected walk in clinic visit, and we were grateful Shawn was so understanding of our circumstances.

This was our second stay at Beach Dreams (the first time was stayed in another cottage) The Beach Dreams community and cottage served our needs well. The listing was accurate however poor communication from the host (never received check in details and needed to inquire on the day of check in and was responded to less than warmly) as well as the request to replace items used during the stay (laundry soap, paper goods etc) AND wash all linens (towels, sheets) prior to check out led to our decision to not return next year. The $75 cleaning fee should provide cost for replacement of these items as well as laundering of linens. Having to launder sheets for two bedrooms and towels for four guests is not ideal during the morning of check out as the washer can only accommodate one or the other- not both sheets and towels at once.
