Welcome Home….for a weekend or for a week! The moment you pick up your keys to our cottage, your adventure at Seaglass Village begins. When you drive into our pristine community and pull into our centrally located cottage nestled against the woods, you will immediately know that you made the right choice. Whether it’s a romantic getaway for two, a trip with good friends or a family week at the beach, our cottage has everything you will need for an unforgettable stay. Each of our (2) bedrooms have a queen bed with plenty of closet and dresser storage. This cottage has a split floor plan so each bedroom is located on separate sides of the cottage for additional privacy. In addition, our new queen sleeper-sofa in the sunroom room will accommodate additional guests or daily visitors, all under central air! There’s also a washer and dryer to help keep your packing to a minimum! Whether you decide to use our updated appliances or our new gas grill to prepare your meal and dine at home, you will have all the necessary utensils to create your perfect meal. Whether it's a lobstah or a barbeque, we supply table settings to serve 8. Or, if you prefer to dine-out for the evening, there are numerous choices nearby to accommodate whatever venue you choose. After a day at the beach, relax in the sunroom and watch TV on our widescreen HDTV or watch a movie of your choice (supplied by you) on the DVD player. In addition, we have cards and board games to keep you and your children or friends busy and entertained in case Mother Nature doesn’t cooperate. Seaglass Village has many amenities for you and your entire family to enjoy. You are situated close to the pools and clubhouse should you want to take a nice walk and get a little exercise. The clubhouse (18+ only) also features a full-service bar. You are also welcome to use our golf cart and venture out to the tennis or pickleball courts or just take the kids for a ride throughout the community. This golf cart is yours to use at no additional cost…whether you stay for a week or just a weekend. We outfitted our cottage for you and your guests to be comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your time on the Maine coast. You’ll be glad you did! *No smoking, no pets. *Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.
Come enjoy this beautiful 2-bedroom cottage, situated in the middle of Seaglass Village. Cottage 125 is the perfect layout with each bedroom on the opposite side of the cottage for maximum privacy. We've thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to a wide screen TV with cable and a DVD player, board games for the kids, an included golf cart for leisurely strolls, and the beautiful decor and new flooring throughout much of the cottage. You'll want to make this your annual summer getaway! All amenities that are located at the Clubhouse are 18+. For all other amenities, kids must be accompanied by an adult under the age of 13.
