About this house rental
In the commune of Plurien, we offer you this charming 117 m² house for rent, located in an allotment, with no facing building and able to accommodate up to 8 travelers. It features an attractive living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, five bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). You'll also enjoy a 330 m² garden! Wifi (fiber optics), we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:

- 27 m² living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, dining area, TV
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) with cupboard and closet
- Bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) with chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) with closet and closet
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90×190) with closets
- Large children's playroom with TV
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, steamer.
Exterior:
- A beautiful 330 m² garden, south-north facing, enclosed and private, equipped with table and chairs, barbecue, deckchairs and armchairs.
- A 32 m² wooden terrace with furniture for sunny days.
- Garage with washing machine, tumble dryer and ping-pong table.
The house is ideally located in Plurien, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
