About this house rental
This guest favorite is a spacious 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with an added bonus area for accommodating up to 14 people. There's plenty of room for large family and friend groups to vacation together on just over an acre with beautiful panoramic views of Scott Bay.
This is the perfect location for fishing enthusiasts, hunters and off roaders!
Within this last year, the owners installed new kitchen appliances, new vinyl and tile floors, new paint, and remodeled the main bathroom. The bonus room with the two twin beds is now its own room.
Relax on the large deck that faces the water and enjoy amazing sunsets! The main deck includes a 4-5 person hot tub, as well as a screened-in Tiki Bar. Stairs lead to an upper deck off of the main bedroom suite, so you'll have plenty of room inside and out.
There is a large paved drive/parking area at the main entrance for parking, and where kids can ride skateboards, scooters and bikes.
There are two gas fireplaces, one in the living room and another in the main bedroom.
The main floor has hardwood throughout, and the living room and dining area have a cathedral ceiling that opens up to a second-floor catwalk.
Note: The dock space that comes with this home is a shared dock. One boat max.

We had an amazing stay over the weekend. You can ride the trails right from the house. Only complaint we had is definitely bring a pillow if you like firm pillows. We will definitely stay again next time we come up to ride

Great location, well appointed, incredible views. Would recommend this place, also first time on Drummond Island. Would definitely go back. Not an issue but cell service is limited
