Spacious and totally updated lakefront home on gorgeous Lake Avalon with 95 feet of private frontage. Fishing, boating, winter and summer sports, or just kick back and relax. Clean white sandy bottom and crystal-clear water! Very gradual sloping in the lake - perfect for kids. Home has been completely updated. Gourmet kitchen with huge island looking out to the lake. Awesome views from nearly every room in the house! An amazing 2 tier deck with built in seating to enjoy your meals while taking in the beautiful views of the lake. Comfy, large areas to gather indoors with some nice central a/c to cool down.

Lake Avalon is one of the most pristine, clearest and cleanest lakes in Michigan and the United States (according to National Geographic). It's a natural spring fed lake which is home to loons, small & large mouth bass, perch, blue gill and trout.
Lake Avalon is an all-sports lake, with a free boat launch.

The beautiful home and property provided EVERYTHING we needed for a family vacation that we will never forget. The 5 grandkids (ages 10 months, two 2 year olds, 5 and 9 had so much fun with the many water toys, bikes, kayaks,etc. The 8 adults also enjoyed the pontoon, paddle boards, lily pad, kayaks, etc ALL in a safe and family friendly environment. Perfect property.

Such an amazing vacation! The property is situated in the most perfect location with a huge, sandy beach entry into the lake with the most outstanding water we have ever seen! All we wanted to do was be in the water and we even swam across to the other side accompanied by paddle boarders one morning. The home is spacious and yet cozy with literally everything you could possibly need from lake floats/toys to a fully equipped kitchen. Dena and Mark are exceptional hosts; very kind and responsive. Such a great time!
