Please note that you can not tie boats to dock. also built-in boat anchor and fire pit for family gatherings. 4 kayaks that are for your use and a 23-foot pontoon available for rent. Ask for details. Near snowmobile trails and ski loges, great fishing all year round. golf courses, hiking, hunting.
Fall color trails are beautiful in October: there are down river canoeing ,kayaking,and tube rental facilities close by at Indian River also. winter activities include snow skiing snow tubing and snowmobiling and ice fishing spot out front. We have a 23' PREMIUM PONTOON AVAILABLE TO RENT 135 h.p. , CAPACITY 13. CALL FOR INFORMATION. And 4 kayaks are available for your use.

We are a group of middle-aged ice fishermen. So, this will not be an in depth, critique every little thing, kind of review. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials. We had no issues checking in or checking out. we had a great time and would stay here again.

The house was great for our group. We loved that we could all sit around the dining table for dinner, and the views were awesome.

Host was very helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better view. Kitchen was well stocked.

The Owner was VERY responsive to any issues that arose. Air conditioning ONLY on the main floor. Picture depicts house in a more manicured state than it is now. Many windows are without screens (even upstairs where there is NO AC). Sliding doorwall screens were not in place with screen held together with scotch tape. Dock is in disrepair with some dangerously weak boards. Closets are basically unusable due to an abundance of excess goods thrown in, in no orderly fashion. Extra Scott tissue that is septic friendly was not stocked. Some dining room chairs have broken backs, etc and are in need of replacement. Is bedding laundered? Not sure, since mattress pad underneath was found to have what appeared to be fresh stains that washed out when laundered. House needs maintenance, some TLC, some organization and a thorough deep cleaning. Great location and a walk to Hoppies Tavern for fish dinners!
