Please note that you can not tie boats to dock. also built-in boat anchor and fire pit for family gatherings. 4 kayaks that are for your use and a 23-foot pontoon available for rent. Ask for details. Near snowmobile trails and ski loges, great fishing all year round. golf courses, hiking, hunting.
Fall color trails are beautiful in October: there are down river canoeing ,kayaking,and tube rental facilities close by at Indian River also. winter activities include snow skiing snow tubing and snowmobiling and ice fishing spot out front. We have a 23' PREMIUM PONTOON AVAILABLE TO RENT 135 h.p. , CAPACITY 13. CALL FOR INFORMATION. And 4 kayaks are available for your use.

The house was beautiful and spacious. No one was on top of each other. Had plenty of space. Nice large rooms. Burt lake is a beautiful lake, and we had gorgeous views from the balcony’s. Our host was easy to communicate with and replied back quickly when texted. The home itself needs a deep cleaning. The front doorway was full of cobwebs, dead bugs and dirt. The grass was long and needed to be cut. The weeds were overgrown along the sidewalk and brushed your legs when you walked thru. The screen doors on the bedroom balconies needed new screens. Tape had been used to fix them but had torn away. The whole house needs a good power washing and the balcony’s are in need of paint and some repair. Cobwebs and dust on top of light fixtures in the kitchen and the handle on the refrigerator came off in our hands. We had to screw it back on. When we got there we found the toaster oven in the kitchen filthy with leftover grease. There was a dirty wall near one of the beds that was gross. I did text the host and someone came right out and cleaned the wall and removed the toaster oven. The host was very prompt in responding. I have never stayed in a VRBO where the house is being lived in. The closet and dressers were full of clothes. Food in the cupboards and freezer. Mail on the desk. Personal items everywhere. I felt a little uncomfortable using someone’s personal home and not just a rental. Our overall stay was nice. The house worked well for my family.

We are a group of middle-aged ice fishermen. So, this will not be an in depth, critique every little thing, kind of review. House was clean, spacious, and well stocked with all the essentials. We had no issues checking in or checking out. we had a great time and would stay here again.

Very disappointed w the house. Electrical outlets,switches plugs were not in working order. So much clutter and so much upkeep needed.
