This charming holiday apartment on Usedom is idyllically located in the countryside and only about 550 m from the fine sandy beach - ideal for a relaxing break for two. On around 30 m², the accommodation offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday: a separate bedroom, a cosy living area with sofa, TV and radio as well as a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. The modern dining area with dining table invites you to linger, whether for breakfast or a game night with the board games available.
In the stylish bathroom you will find a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and a make-up mirror. The entire living area is bright and friendly, the windows have privacy screens and can be fully opened. Additional cosiness is provided by the loving furnishings, books at your disposal and little extras such as a full-length mirror and an alarm clock.
Terrace with garden view & ideal location for explorers
The furnished terrace with direct garden view is a real highlight - here you can relax, read or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A parasol and windbreak ensure pleasant hours outdoors. The well-kept garden including sunbathing lawn is also available for shared use. You can park your car comfortably in the private parking lot directly at the house. Bicycles will also find a safe place in the storage room.
