The apartment is decorated in a modern country style with laminate flooring and red/brown furnishings. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The apartment is ideal for couples, solo travelers, and young families. A crib can be set up in the bedroom.
The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the vacation home. It consists of a living room, open kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with natural light. The wood-colored built-in kitchen is as good as new, functional, and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, 4-burner stove, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2007 in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, which features a total of four apartments of varying sizes—with 2 or 3 rooms, accommodating 1–4 people, on the edge of a nature reserve in an absolutely quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating; some also have an electric tiled stove.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
