The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2007 in the Baltic Sea resort town of Koserow. The building features a total of four apartments of varying sizes, with 2 or 3 rooms accommodating 1–4 people, situated on the edge of a nature reserve in an absolutely quiet location, just a good 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating and an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and feature southwestern-facing terraces/balconies with unobstructed views across the meadows toward the Achterwasser.
Dogs are welcome. The dog beach is only about 500 meters away. A beautiful forest trail begins right at the house and is perfect for walking your dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment is allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
