The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the vacation home on the right. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with wooden seating, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a sleeper sofa is available in the living room if needed. The built-in kitchen is as good as new, functional, and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, 4-burner stovetop, dishwasher, and freezer compartment. Large south-facing balcony with unobstructed views of the greenery and the Achterwasser.
The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2006 in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, which features a total of four apartments of varying sizes—ranging from 2 or 3 rooms for 1–4 people, situated on the edge of a nature reserve in an absolutely quiet location, just over 300 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating; some also have an electric tiled stove. From the south-facing terraces and balconies, you have a fantastic view all the way to the Achterwasser, which is just one kilometer away.
The dog beach in Koserow is only about 500 meters away. A walking trail through the woods begins right behind the house. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment is allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
