The apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2024. In addition to an expanded kitchen, the apartment now also features a walk-in shower. New colors inspired by flamingos give the apartment a unique touch. An electric tiled fireplace in the living room and the sloped ceilings ensure a cozy atmosphere even on colder days. The apartment is equally suitable for couples and small families.
The vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of the vacation home on the left. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony with seating, a bedroom, and a bathroom with natural light. In addition to the bedroom, which features a double bed and a separate bed, there is also a sofa bed available in the living room.
The blue built-in kitchen is as good as new, functional, and high-quality, featuring, among other things, a toaster, coffee maker, microwave with grill, a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, freezer compartment, and oven. Large southwest-facing balcony with an unobstructed view of the sunset and an awning.
The vacation apartments are located in a vacation home newly built in 2007 in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, which features a total of four apartments of varying sizes—with 2 or 3 rooms, accommodating 1–4 people, on the edge of a nature reserve in an absolutely quiet location, just over 200 meters from the pier in Koserow. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. All apartments feature a bathroom with natural light, a shower, and a towel warmer, as well as heating and an electric tiled stove. The apartments are furnished to a high standard and feature southwest-facing terraces or balconies with unobstructed views across the meadows toward the Achterwasser.
Dogs are welcome. The dog beach is only about 500 meters away. A beautiful forest trail begins right at the house and is perfect for walking your dog. A maximum of 2 dogs per apartment is allowed. Unfortunately, cats are not allowed.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
