This approximately 45 m² 2-roomapartment on the first floor of our vacation home is located just a few steps from the historic center of Koserow and offers the ideal setting for a relaxing vacation.
The apartment features a cozy bedroom with a double bed as well as a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, sitting area, dishwasher, and washing machine. Two balconies offer different views: On the southwest side, you can enjoy the afternoon sun and a beautiful view toward the Achterwasser, while from the southeast balcony you can watch the lively hustle and bustle of the village.
A bright, natural-light-filled bathroom and a hallway with a coat closet round out the amenities of this welcoming vacation apartment.
Built in 1998, the house is located in the village of Koserow. The southwest-facing vacation apartments offer a view across the island—which is quite narrow at this point—all the way to the Achterwasser. You can enjoy the sunset from the balconies. The building features three vacation apartments, all located on the upper floor. Commercial units are housed on the first floor.
The pier and the beach in Koserow are just a few hundred meters away. Since you’re right in the center of town, all shops and restaurants are within walking distance.
The 2-room apartment (Wollin 1), measuring 40 m², features a bathroom with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, a double bed, and other amenities. The two studios (Wollin 2 and 3) are slightly smaller at 35 m² and, with their sloped ceilings, are exceptionally cozy and charming.
Dogs are allowed only upon special request. Cats and other pets are not permitted.
