About this apartment rental
This vacation rental is located in the secluded annex of the Lübschen Mühle, not far from Neustadt in Holstein. Spanning approximately 65 square meters across two levels, it offers a relaxing retreat in an idyllic rural setting for up to 4 people. You can reach the ocean in just 15 minutes by bike. On the lower level is the separate living area with a dining nook and a view of the flat-screen TV. From the dining table, you have a magnificent view across the fields. The floor-to-ceiling windows always provide a great view of the tranquility and vastness of the surrounding fields. The open kitchen area is located right next to the patio door. It is equipped with everything you need—such as a refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher, and plenty of dishes—to prepare your own meals.
The shower room is equipped with a wall-mounted toilet, small cabinets, a towel warmer, and a sink. In the hallway, a wooden staircase leads to the upper level, where the two bedrooms are located. The sloping ceilings have been cleverly utilized to create as much storage space as possible. The first bedroom, which features a small work nook and a double bed (160 x 200 cm), includes a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm).
The decor has a cozy country-house feel with a touch of seaside style. The outdoor area includes two sun-drenched terraces. There’s no better way to start the day than with a cup of coffee on the south-facing terrace. In the afternoon, the main terrace, facing southwest, is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing. In the evening, everyone gathers with sandy feet from the beach and the chirping of crickets in their ears, enjoying a glass of wine and losing track of time.
