Our house is perfectly located above the old Segerhafen NSV in Neustadt in Holstein. It’s a 4-minute walk to the beautiful beach; passing by the sailing harbor and playground, you’ll arrive right at the beach. You can walk to town in 15 minutes along the waterfront.

Our house has just been freshly renovated. The vacation rental is brand-new and has been furnished with great care. It’s built into the hillside on the lower level, features a lovely southwest-facing terrace, and has a wonderful Danish wood-burning stove. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, the vacation rental features two bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, one bathroom with a shower, and one living room with a cozy sofa area and an additional table. The terrace has a cozy seating area, a table with 4 chairs for outdoor breakfasts, lovely evenings, and more. Here, you can unwind and enjoy the peace and quiet.
