Welcome to the small port town of Neustadt in Holstein,
Here, you’ll find a brand-new semi-detached house in the heart of town. Spread over 3 floors, the home features 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 2 tandem beds for 1–2 people, 1 bedroom with a double bed with an open footboard, and 1 sleeping area in the attic with a single bed for 1 person), two shower rooms (one on the first floor and one with an infrared sauna on the second floor), an open, modern kitchen with a dining area, a spacious living room with a large sleeper sofa and a gas fireplace, as well as access to the patio and the garden area. There is also a guest restroom in the entryway. There is a small utility room with a dryer and washing machine, which can be used by inserting coins. Wi-Fi included.
You may drive up to the front of the house for loading and unloading. A free parking pass for the entire city of
Neustadt is available.
Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or you can rent them for a fee for the duration of your stay.
