About this house rental
Very clean and neat 5 bed/5 bath house with heated pool and special details that make this house a wonderful place to gather up to 16 family members with a 4 minute walk to the beach. Each room is thoughtfully themed for all the things that make North Carolina unique. There is a master main floor and a master upstairs with renovated walk in showers. The upstairs master bedroom is the Carolina room and is a shoutout to the Carolina Tarheels! This master has a king size bed and sports a 65 inch smart TV. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk in tile shower with a double vanity. The master also has walk out access to an outside deck to enjoy the beach breeze. The upstairs double bunk room is red to represent the Cardinal, the state bird. The bunk room has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds and is equipped with a 55 inch smart TV and a bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. The upstairs green room is furnished with a full and queen bed and is mindful of North Carolina's pine trees, has a 55 inch smart TV and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. This bedroom also has a sliding door that opens out to a deck area with rocking chairs.
The main floor master is blue because of the beautiful Ocean Isle beach and is furnished with a king size bed and a renovated bathroom with a walk in shower that is large enough to accomodate a shower chair. This room is also equipped with a 55 inch smart TV and has access to the outside. The main floor standard room is decorated with a yellow theme and represents the state insect, the honey bee. It is furnished with a full and queen bed, has a 55 inch wall mount TV, and a bathroom with a walk in shower. The yellow room allows access to an outside covered area where rocking chairs are available.
The house is filled with all new beds, bedding, and furniture. In the living room is a large 85 inch 4K television and sound bar to make movie night awesome! In fact, every room has a new smart television, intended to be watched by the guests with their preferred streaming application. The kitchen small appliances are all new as well as the flatware and dishes. Family games, cards and puzzles are supplied in living room for family fun.
The outside of the house does not disappoint with a pool, firepit, a backyard for games, a sitting area, and a television for relaxing with friends. There is plenty of seating around the pool for lounging in the sun! One gas grill and one gas blackstone are provided outside to make cooking a meal a breeze. A new shed holds beach and pool supplies to really enjoy all the beach has to offer. Like the pool, the green space is an area for children to safely play and for anyone who wants to toss a football or enjoy a game of cornhole, all of which are all provided.
A NEW Lift has been added in May 2025 to bring heavy objects up to the first level including luggage, groceries and wheelchairs!
A place for the children is not excluded from this home! A playpen, highchair, children's plates, utensils, and play toys for the beach are also available!
During the summer, rentals will be from Saturday to Saturday, with check-in at 4 pm and checkout at 10 am. We welcome shorter stays but please contact us to discuss the details. Although some dates may appear blocked out, please inquire as there still may be some flexibility with scheduling.

This place was amazing. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Outside shower was great when coming back from the beach. All furniture was top notch. Beach towels also provided along with bed linens. Cleanest home we have ever rented and we rented a lot in our 20 plus years of renting in Ocean Isle and Sunset Beach. Donna, host, answered the one question we had immediately. The welcome bag was much more than we could ever have imagined. Kitchen is well stocked. The pool was perfect, clean and well taken care of. Floral placement was a nice added touch. The carport/relaxation area next to pool was perfect for cornhole( which was provided along with beach and pool items)or just watch tv which is also in cabinet in this area. You can’t go wrong renting this house which is a very short walk to the beach.

This was an amazing house…perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 children. It was extremely well equipped with kitchen items as well as pool and beach supplies. When I let the owner, Donna, know that my husband was handicapped, she said Ocean Isle has beach wheelchairs available and had one delivered to the house for us! Without that chair, my husband would not have been able to enjoy watching the grandkids play in the ocean! We have stayed at many different beach houses over the years, but this one was the best! Thank you Donna and King!

Eagle’s Landing was perfect for our family of 14! We absolutely loved the decks and pool and outdoor living spaces! The beach was a short walk and our hosts set us up well with beach chairs and sun shades and sand toys! Our family is still growing so not sure if when we come back to Ocean Isle Beach we can still fit in this lovely home but if we can we absolutely will! Hosts were very gracious and attentive! Everything was lovely, well appointed, plenty of dishes and utensils for a large group. We especially appreciated the kid dishes and cups. Lots of great appliances, beach stuff and towels. Recommend getting a few more wine glasses. Otherwise it was fantastic. Donna was extremely responsive from booking through the stay, and was very prompt in providing a solution to a minor request. The backyard was spacious and fun to hang out in. Overall a wonderful stay.
