Upstairs, the second-floor den gives the group another comfortable place to relax, play games and spread out.

True to its name, All Decked Out offers expansive, newly renovated decks where you can enjoy the coastal breeze, island surroundings and peekaboo ocean views.
Downstairs, the private pool provides a refreshing place to cool off after a day at the beach, with optional heating or cooling available for qualifying stays.
The outdoor space also includes an outdoor dining area, comfortable backyard seating, an outdoor shower and plenty of ways to have fun with ping pong, cornhole, horseshoe toss and Giant Connect 4.
A charcoal grill is provided for guest use. Guests are responsible for supplying their own charcoal.

Starter supplies are intended to help get your vacation started and may not last for the entire stay.

PARKING
Parking is limited to a maximum of 6 vehicles.

Reservations may be canceled for a full refund of amounts paid, excluding the administrative fee, when Pier 42 Realty & Vacation Rentals receives written notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
Cancellations made within 60 days of check-in are not eligible for a refund, including cancellations resulting from inclement weather or failure to make the required final payment. Administrative fees are nonrefundable.
Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
