About this house rental
This six bedroom, six and a half bath home is the perfect get away located on a quiet cul-de-sac directly on the marsh. Enjoy the marsh, intercoastal, and ocean views from the living spaces, bedrooms, and deck areas or relax at the pool (heated for $100 for the first day and $50 per day after that with a minimum of 3 days if heating is requested) and enjoy the views from the tiki bar.
This home is only about 450 feet from a beach access.
Inside, enjoy 3,200 square feet of spacious living along with another 1,100 square feet of comfortable deck space equipped with seating and eating areas. You may enjoy dinner or watching your favorite show on the screened in porch with an outdoor TV or you may enjoy the beach area in the back yard which also overlooks the marsh.
This home is large and has a well equipped gourmet kitchen with 2 full size refrigerators, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, island seating with stools, and a dining area that seats 12. The living area is equipped with a 65” flat screen TV, a fireplace, unbelievable views, and is open concept with the kitchen.
There is also a second living area downstairs which also includes a TV, a bar area, and room for games.
All bedrooms are equipped with brand new beds, bathrooms, and TVs.
Other amenities included in this breathtaking home are full bathrooms in each of the bedrooms, hard wood floors throughout with ceramic and marble tile in bathrooms, dishes, silverware, drink ware, 2 full size washers and dryers, stunning decorations, outside shower, and outside living areas with a grill. The bunk room sleeps 10 with 4 queen sized bunks and 2 trundles.

Phenomenal house. Extremely well equipped. Gorgeous decorations in each room and fabulous views. Bathrooms in every bedroom, which is amazing. The only issue we had was the kids bunk room being hot and the home not including linens (but they do have it on the description, so it wasn’t a surprise). I didn’t get the original check in email, but the owners were quick to respond with the information.

This spacious home is ideal for a large group. Since we cook in, we were particularly impressed with the double refrigerators and the well stocked kitchen. The pool/entertainment area allows everyone to spread out. Lastly, the view of the marsh is lovely and the short walk to the beach is definitely a plus.

We have stayed at OIB more than 10 years and this is the best property for our family of 19! I do recommend a golf cart which gives a better experience when exploring the island.
