***Important note: as is common with many of the larger homes on our island, linens are not included with the rental. This is because we employ an individual, not a large company, to clean our home throughout the year and there simply is not enough time for her to thoroughly clean the home, and make all the beds (of which there are 15), during the turnover window. The result is that we have the same individual in our home each week updating us on the condition and anything that may need attention, and we believe this translates to a far superior guest experience with the condition of our home. You may bring your own linens, if you like, or you may rent linens from Angie's Linens (angieslinenservice.com), or other company of your choosing. The last time we checked, the cost to rent linens for the whole home was about $150 (sheets & towels).

OIB is a very family-friendly destination and the playground on the island recently had updates/additions. The Summer Concert Series on Friday nights throughout the summer are a blast for the whole family. Come experience all that OIB has to offer.

Please note that linens are not included with the rental (except for kitchen towels); you may bring your own, or we will refer you to a local linen rental service.

Also, we want guests to be aware that the property has security cameras on the exterior of the home monitoring the pool, carport, and front door areas.
