INTERIOR DESCRIPTION

The accommodation is arranged over two levels and designed to provide comfort and practicality. The ground floor features a double bedroom with direct access to the veranda and a small private garden, along with a full bathroom with shower. The upper floor offers a bright living room with an equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed suitable for one additional guest. The outdoor veranda on this level is perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, TV, Wi-Fi and a washing machine.

The outdoor areas include a ground-floor veranda surrounded by greenery, an upper terrace for relaxing moments, and a private parking space. The residential complex also features a seasonal shared pool with separate areas for adults and children; guests are encouraged to check opening dates and times with the booking office.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Payments and security deposit

A security deposit is required upon arrival and will be pre-authorised on a physically present credit card belonging to the guest. The amount will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the issuing bank). Any damage or rule violations may result in partial or full deductions.

Tourist tax

To be paid in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.

Booking details

Online check-in & contract

After booking, online check-in is required, including document and selfie upload for all guests. Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR regulations. A tourist rental contract must be signed in Italian; an English courtesy copy is provided.

Key collection

Keys and documents are delivered at Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from the airport.

Recycling

The area follows a door-to-door recycling system. Please use the appropriate bags and dispose of waste correctly before departure.
