Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Gute Unterkunft mit optimalen Preis/Leistungserhältnis. Eignet sich super für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnungen sind einfach aber praktisch eingerichtet.

Veel huisjes op een zeer kleine oppervlakte rond het zwembad gebouwd. Zwemverbod in de namiddag. Domein niet voor kleine kinderen. Geen microgolfoven, geen afwasmachine, veel te kleine inbouwijskast. D18 naast ons is goedkoper en heeft wel microgolf, afwasmachine én losstaande grote ijskast.
