For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Das Ferienhaus liegt ca. in 20 min von Meer entfernt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße, mit einem gepflegten Garten und schönen Blick von der Terrasse. Der einzige Punkt, der uns nicht gefallen ist, ist die Check out - Regelung. Zur Abgabe des Schlüssels um 10 Uhr muss man nach Olbia fahren, obwohl auf der Anlage eine Rezeption gibt. Auch besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Koffer irgendwo auf der Anlage stehen zu lassen. Wenn man wie in unserem Fall am späteren Abend zurück fliegt, ist das ein Problem.

Die umgebung +Garten wahr alles sehr schön sehr gepflegt Das appartment muss ich sagen Fehlt an der hiquiene bei der küche war der toaster noch dreckig Das bad zimmer die wc schüssel verdreckt +locker Die dusche hatte noch haar reste Die bettdecken wahren auch nicht sauber Wir mussten sie waschen Beim kreissel rechts gibt es eine wäsche rei und haben alles gebracht Der gärtner sehr freundlich Die anlage parkplatz war super Einfach die zimmer kann man mehr pflegen
