400 meters from the beautiful white beach of Porto Istana. Lovely terraced house in very nice residence. Carport. 4 + 2 beds. Garden. Terrace on the front and back deck. Washing machine. LED TV. Very convenient to the beach, 10 minutes walk up (800 meters)
The house is very close to both the airport of Olbia - Costa Smeralda is the Port where all ferries Moby, Corsica Ferries, GoinSardinia and Grandi Navi Veloci. A few kilometers shops and the port of Olbia San Paolo

The apartment is located on the ground floor in a house with 4 apartments. It lies on a well kept property with multiple houses an parking spaces left to the steet leading to the Porto Istana beach. In 10 Minutes you can get there by foot. So its a quite good located. The apartment itself is like 60 m2 an has a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms an a bathroom. It also has 2 outside sitting spaces. It's nicely decorated but you get the impression it hasnt been renovated for some time. It also doesn't have any AC so it gets hot in the afternoon. I was in August.
Interaction with the housekeeper was good and he always answers fast.
The stay was good but if you intend to spend a lot of time inside i would reccomend somenthing else. If you're only outside on the beach and stuff its ok.
