La casa è veramente molto bella, la vista dalla terrazza è meravigliosa, soprattutto al tramonto!! La zona notte si trova al piano terra, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un po’ di odore di umidità, infatti si vedono i segni sui muri un po’ scrostati! Il giardino è carino, ma non utilizzabile vista la quantità incolta di piante (ma per colazioni, pranzi e cene la terrazza è comunque molto meglio)...attenzione a non andare in giardino al buio, c’e una bellissima tartaruga che ci abita e abbiamo rischiato di pestarla la prima sera!!
La casa in generale presenta segni di usura, ma in generale ci siamo trovati bene!!
La consiglio a chi vuole passare le vacanze in tranquillità lontano dal caos dei centri abitati!!

Wir haben 3 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern in der Villa Maria verbracht. Was mit diesen Fotos nicht wirklich vermittelt wird, ist der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse und vor allen Dingen von der Dachterrasse. Dort hatten wir direkten und atemberaubenden Blick auf den Golf von Olbia. Gerade Abends war der Ausblick mit den vielen Lichtern wunderschön. Die Strände in der Umgebung sind toll, gerade der nahe gelegene Strand von Porto Istana, leider aber viel zu voll im Sommer, deswegen haben wir immer wieder für den leeren, und trotzdem wunderschönen Strand Marina Maria entschieden. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur ein Manko muss erwähnt werden. Ein Zimmer war leider wegen Schimmel und extremen Gestanks nicht nutzbar. Wir würden dieses Haus trotzdem wieder mieten und auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

La villetta è molto bella e sorge in una posizione splendida, ma è doveroso fare alcune precisazioni sui disservizi riscontrati durante il nostro soggiorno:
- vengono dichiarate tre camere da letto ma una è talmente piccola che non è vivibile per una coppia adulta ma solo per due bambini
- le pulizie al nostro arrivo non erano state effettuate per cui abbiamo dovuto sopperire noi affittuari a tale mancanza nonostante avessimo versato in anticipo la cifra richiesta per tale prestazione
- l' aria condizionata non funzionava
- il boiler dell' acqua calda perdeva
