Its large furnished terrace offers an outstanding view of the Tavolara Gulf, a dramatic limestone massif rising straight from the water. Thanks to its quiet setting and close proximity to some of the most stunning beaches on Sardinia’s northeast coast, this home is ideal for guests seeking comfort, privacy and a relaxing stay.

Interior Description

The main entrance leads up a few steps to the spacious covered terrace, the heart of the property and an ideal place to enjoy meals while admiring the breathtaking view of the Tavolara Gulf. The interiors, featuring wooden furnishings and exposed beams, create a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Organised on a single level, the home includes two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a modern bathroom with shower, and a living room equipped with a single sofa bed suitable for an additional guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cookware. Amenities also include air conditioning throughout, seasonal Wi-Fi (1 May – 31 October), and a washing machine.



Outdoor Spaces

The large panoramic terrace is furnished with an outdoor dining area and lounge seating, the perfect spot to relax at any time of day. Outside you will also find a refreshing outdoor shower, a barbecue, and two covered parking spaces.

Laura’s Terrace is strategically located for exploring the area’s main attractions. Porto San Paolo is just 1 km away, while Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport and Olbia city centre are approximately 10 km away. Nearby beaches include Porto Taverna, Porto Istana, Cala Brandinchi, Cala Suaraccia, Lu Impostu and the famous La Cinta beach. Boat excursions to Tavolara Island depart from Porto San Paolo and are highly recommended.

Other Things to Note

Payments & Security Deposit

A security deposit is required at check-in and will be pre-authorised on a credit card physically presented and in the guest’s name. The deposit will be automatically released at the end of the stay (timing depends on the issuing bank). Any damages or violations of house rules may be charged.

Tourist Tax

Payable in cash upon arrival, according to local regulations.



Booking Details

Online Check-in & Rental Agreement

An online check-in is required after booking (ID documents and selfies for all guests). Personal data is handled in compliance with the GDPR. A tourist rental contract must be signed (Italian version legally binding; courtesy English copy provided).

Key Delivery

Keys are handed over and documents signed at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.



Recycling

A local door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate bags and dispose of remaining waste properly before departure.

L’alloggio si trova a Monte Contros che è una collina sopra Porto San Paolo con graziose villette e giardini curati da cui si gode una bella vista sul mare, le cui spiagge si raggiungono in pochi minuti. Laura’s Terrace è il posto ideale per chi cerca una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, un rifugio dal baccano e dalla calca che si trova talvolta in alta stagione in questa parte bellissima di Sardegna. La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto sul sito: è uno chalet con arredo semplice ma funzionale e attrezzato. Il punto forte è la bellissima ed ampia terrazza con una vista spettacolare sul golfo di Olbia e parte del golfo di Tavolara. Sotto il fresco e ventilato portico c’è un bel tavolo dove consumare i pasti e rilassarsi e la sera godere il tramonto e le stelle. Desideriamo ringraziare Klodge: fin dalla prenotazione abbiamo percepito un’organizzazione seria ed efficiente. Sul sito abbiamo scelto la nostra casa, seguito i pagamenti e fatto anche il check-in. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato Alessio che è stato nei nostri incontri sempre cordiale e sorridente, eppur discreto e premuroso. Raccomandiamo di prenotare una loro casa: ne hanno di bellissime, alcune fuori dal nostro budget. Laura’s Terrace però si distingue per un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Comfortable beds. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, as enjoy cooking with local produce. Great location, numerous beautiful bays & beaches within 10 mins drive, great for snorkelling. Facilities of Porto San Paolo are close & Olbia only 15 mins away. Service from Klodge staff was excellent throughout. When issue arose (gas for hob ran out) replacement was arranged & completed within 40 minutes. We had a fabulous stay & highly recommend.
