Cosy, comfortable residence "Vista Village". 20 houses in the residence. 300 m from the centre of Porto San Paolo, in a sunny position, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Key collection will take place at our Interhome Local Office in Olbia. You will receive more details a couple of days prior to your arrival.

Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden. Schade war, dass wir den Pool nicht nutzen durften (es war Anfang Oktober). Küche sehr klein und nicht so gut ausgestattet. Dafür fanden wir die große Terrasse gut. Leider kein WLAN in der Wohnung.

Het appartement is gelegen op een goed onderhouden kleinschalig villapark. Top locatie aan de rand van het dorp, Op loopafstand van cenrum, strand en haven. Het appartement is wat gedateerd maar we leefden meer buiten dan binnen en alles was verder aanwezig.

Beautifully landscaped park. Great apartment with spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and beautiful sea view..kitchen supplies very mediocre. Check in/out practical but impersonal. BUT BEWARE: it is forbidden to jump in the pool (my teenagers were even filmed when they did this once!) and CLOSED between 12-16. Suitable for families with young children or people without children. WIFI only available in public places. AIRCO is not air conditioning because it cannot be set lower than 25 (!!!!) Degrees. This really made the stay a lot less attractive for us for this price! Too bad because it is really a beautiful small-scale bungalow park in a fantastic place.
