For shared use: well-kept garden with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (100 m2, depth 50 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-13:00 and 16:00-19:30). Outdoor shower, tennis. In the complex: WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Roofed, parking on the premises. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar 400 m, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 1 km. Nearby attractions: San Teodoro 16 km, Olbia Aeroporto/Porto 13 km, Porto Cervo 43 km. Please note: car recommended. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome Olbia in Via Mestre 11, 12 km. Services included: WI-FI in common areas, access to the swimming pool, use of the tennis court (Tennis court will be availabe till oct. 2023). Please note: BBQ is not allowed. Super Anlage Sauber und gut angerichtet. Ansicht ist fabelhaft!. Küche hat keine Ofen oder Mikrowelle. Problematisch ist Schlüssel Übergabe, die soll beim separaten Büro in Olbia erfolgen.

Positiv: sehr geräumig, akzeptable Ausstattung, geräumiges Bad, sehr großer Balkon, sicherer Parkplatzbereich, sicherer Zugang, ruhig gelegen, schöner Ausblick, sehr gepflegte Anlage und Pool, sehr sauber, Hausmeister sehr freundlich, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter von InterHome bei Schlüsselempfang und -abgabe, guter zeitnaher Emailkontakt Negativ: Klimaanlage NUR auf 25 Grad, kein bzw. sehr sehr schlechtes Wlan in der Wohnung, es muffelte alt!!!

tutto perfetto, nonostante siamo arrivati nel giorno di chiusura dell'agenzia le indicazioni erano perfette per il ritiro delle chiavi e per tutto il resto.
