- Quiet hours after 10:00 PM

Overall, this property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. However, it is not a 3 minute walk to the University of St. Andrews, as proclaimed. It is not convenient to St. Andrews unless you have a car. It is a 15 minute drive or taxi to town. It is a 20 minute bus ride. In fact, the caravan is in the town of Cameron, which is 5 miles from St. Andrews, and there is no way to walk into town as there are no sidewalks. In short, if you want to stay out in the countryside away from the crowds of St. Andrews, and you have a car, it is a nice spot. If not, and if you are going to settle or visit a student at the university, this isn’t the place for you.

We had a great time during our weekend stay. The resort was very peaceful and has a lovely little coffee shop as well as other amenities that we didn't get round to using. The place was very clean and neat and the check-in and out was easy via a lockbox. The beds are very small (can't be helped given the size of the caravan), we did have 5 adults staying but even the shortest of us on the stay had their feet hanging off the edge - aside from the size they are comfortable enough to manage a night or two. The hot tub was great and looked clean and there were plenty of towels provided. Overall a very cosy and pleasant stay and would recommend for a couple of nights away.
