The breakfast was excellent - clearly made freshly to order with tasty ingredients👍
Waterfront advertises its location on harbour front but accommodation was actually to rear of adjacent property with no views at all - this was not made clear when booking room

Clean, spacious room. Lovely restaurant and friendly, helpful staff made this a delightful stay.
We could smell the kitchen from our room but it wasn’t much of a bother.
