We had a great vacation! The room and view was beautiful! Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. Along with several beach toys we were able to use. I was a little worried about the busy elevators and the rowdy beach at night. However that wasn’t the case at all. The longest we ever waited at the elevator was maybe 3-5 mins. It is a large condo so waiting on elevator is to be expected. Also, the beach had police patrol every night and there was never any wild partying that I’d heard about. The only frustrating part was the parking garage. When we checked in we had a very hard time finding the assigned parking spot as the check in desk did not tell us where it was. We assumed they would be in order however they were not. However I called the property management company and they immediately helped us and told us exactly where it was. The garage does get crowded. And it takes around 6 mins to get in and out of the garage when coming and going. The whole property is very nice and secure. There are people at all the gates making sure no one who isn’t staying there can come in. We loved the pool! It’s super big so everyday we would sit in a different spot so it was like being at a different pool everyday! There’s also a fun bar and food shack by the pool. The beach was beautiful as always too! We had great weather too! We loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves and watching all the crab hunters. We saw several dolphins too! Overall we had a great time!

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The unit was beautiful. It was enough space for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. It was well stocked with hair dryers, handheld steamers, 2 types of coffee pots, etc. It does NOT come with chair rental. That would be a plus to add =).The Resort: HUGE and it is beautiful but it did not make for a relaxing vacation.Elevator wait times were insane. It took us over an hour and half to get our luggage to and from the car on check out and check in. Coming up from the beach be prepared to have the elevator go up and down all 23 floors. It took us a good 40 minutes to get up to the room. Prepare yourself mentally for this if you choose this resort. Our Walmart order never made it to the room the first night because there were so many people she couldn't get up the elevator. I received notification it couldn't be delivered. The resort only allows them to park 15 minutes. The next morning I went to the donut shop in the resort because we had nothing. That was $80 for a dozen donuts and drinks. I encountered three other people that morning with same problem. The pool is very nice and the resort is beautiful but it just isn't designed to accommodate so many people.It is also a mix of families and young party people. We saw a foot chase from police and three arguments on the beach the first and second day there. Our teens also got a front row view of drunken college students, shots, and make out sessions.We normally travel to Fort Walton/Destin for the fourth of July and have done so for almost 20 years. Never have we encountered this before.The Rental Company:They did make the process of booking, check in, and check out easy. I do wish they would have sent the QR code for registration to this resort with the door code. That would have made for a little less chaotic check in.
