Luxury condo with gulf views, 5-star resort amenities

This property is professionally managed by Property Manager. Property Manager requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older. In most cases, this is the policy of the condo complex or HOA that the property is located in. There are no exceptions to this policy. If you book this property and are not at least 25 years of age or older, or book this property with the intentions of allowing under 25 years of age friends of family to occupy the property without your presence for the duration of the reservation, your reservation will be charged a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you inform us within 15 days prior to arrival that you, as the 25 or older person booking the property, will not be able to come and it will only be under 25 years of age people occupying the property, your reservation will be charged a 100% cancellation fee and the reservation will be canceled. If you book this property, as the 25 years of age or older person, and do not come with the rest of the group who are under 25 years of age occupying the property, your reservation will be canceled, the occupants of the property will be evicted, and you will receive no refund. These acts are booking a reservation under false pretenses, and will not be tolerated. These actions will be reported to the booking platform you used, and further penalties or consequences may arise from the booking platform you booked this property with. This policy is effective beginning 3/14/23.

Shores of Panama 2217 is located atop one of the most desirable places to stay in Panama City Beach, Florida. This condo has a reserved parking spot located on level 2 of the parking garage. Upon walking into the condo, your eyes immediately focus on the majestic view beyond the balcony doors. As you gaze around, you'll notice that there is a fully stocked kitchen equipped with modern stainless steel appliances. If you choose to eat in, you'll have all the tools required to prepare a family dinner and enjoy it with plenty of seating at the bar counter.

The living room has a comfortable leather sofa and loveseat. The sofa is a queen size sleeper. The living room is perfect for end of the day relaxing around the flat-screen TV watching the high definition DirectTV channel options, or using any of the smart apps built into the TV. There is a gulf view from the living room. With that being said, maybe you'll just sit on the sofa and stare out the window while enjoying the fact that you aren't working.

The balcony is the oasis of the condo. It is large enough for everyone to relax on and gaze into the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters.

The master bedroom has a cozy king size bed, large dresser, and nice flat-screen TV. There is a large closet in the hallway to the bathroom that has the guest in mind. Plenty of hanging storage as well as drawer system for your shoes or clothes. The master bathroom has an extra large vanity, so you won't feel cluttered. There is a full-size shower/tub combo.

The front room is perfect for the kids. It has a twin/twin bunk bed, designed to sleep 2. There is also a large closet. The bunk beds are high enough that you can store most luggage under it and out of the way until the dreaded day of departure.
