Beautiful Ocean Front 'C' floor plan with King Master Suite and private bunk-room (with door) with two full bathrooms. UNBELIEVABLE view of the pool and ocean from Living Room and Master Bedroom. Large balcony ready to sit out and enjoy your afternoon cocktails while checking out the gorgeous pool area and beautiful ocean view. Tile floors throughout (except carpet in the Master Bedroom) Stainless Steel Appliances and private bunk room for the kids to hide away with TV and DVD player. NO ELEVATORS from the parking deck...RESERVED space on the same floor as our GORGEOUS 4th floor unit. It is a quick walk down the stairs to the pool and beach if you don't want to wait on elevators. We are so excited to offer our unit for you to have the 'Vacation of your Dreams'!!! Amenity fee's are not included in pricing. The owners have no control over these fee's as they are required by the Shores of Panama HOA. Paying the fee allows you access to the pool, beach, hot tub and other amenities. The concierge office in the lobby will issue 6 armbands & one parking pass for our unit and the total cost ( not per person) $85. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

The unit was as described with great views of the pool and ocean from the balcony. My wife and I had stayed at this particular resort prior so we knew that lower level units are better as the elevators can be very slow with how large the place is. Parking was great since we were provided a marked spot near the entrance to our floor. Overall our stay was a great time with only minor faults. The master bedroom’s bed is very soft, and it essentially was caving in the center to where we constantly were rolling into each other. The only other issue was the lack of some essentials being scarcely provided such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. This wasn’t a huge deal as we bought more while out shopping for groceries, but it was something to note of. Overall, my family and I had a great time at this unit, and we would happily stay again for its ease of access on the property.

The condo was what we needed for three women on a ladies’ trip. I would not have done four as the second bedroom is all bunk bed. There is very little room to move around though bathrooms and main area are great. Definitely take your own TP. Pool is fantastic and access to the beach is good.

Parking was terrible, the spaces provided were too small and my car was hit by the car parked beside mine. The staff wasn't very friendly and too strict. Elevators were a nightmare . Our room was clean but not cleaned good. We didn't have dishes/untinsels needed to cook , there were no dish rags/towels. Drawers in kitchen and bathroom kept sticking and getting off track. We still had a great trip, just wished these things had been different.
