The unit was nice , clean and comfortable. However if you plan to cook in the unit the dishes are very limited plenty of plates and glasses but harldly any cook ware or serving ware, one of our bathrooms the toilet was evidently leaking into the floor below maintenance came in and turned the valve off. ( They came in why we were not there and left no notice as to what was going on we only learned of the problem as we were checking out the next day. We just assumed one of the younger people in our group turned the valve off and we turned it back on, again not knowing what was going on or that maintenance had been in the unit.)
The resort itself charges a $102.00 fee for you to use the pools and amenities on top of the unit rental fee. This is in no part fault of the unit owner but that of booking.com for not having it in the description of property we did not realize this fee until after unit was booked and the instructions were given by booking.com this was a last minute trip we could not cancel and get a refund. The Kiddie pool was not working our entire stay and as we had a 3 year old with us it was one of the perks to this resort. We could not enjoy our balcony because our neighbors below us sat out on theirs what seemed like the entire time smoking thier recreational drug and the smell cycled through the entire lake area. ( I feel as though staff had to be smelling it as well.) Again no fault to the owner but I feel as I am paying a resort fee I should be able to enjoy the resort and the staff should be more on top of things. All and all the unit owner seems to take pride in the quality of his unit but the resort as a whole just seems not to care.

It was a nice 2 bedroom condo.
Clean and comfortable and great location.
Beach was amazing and pools were nice but a bit cold but enjoyed them also.
I would gladly stay here again.
Furniture was nice but could be just abit more comfortable to sit it.
