Property is nice. Pool is nice with a great view of beach and Gulf. Negative side is the elevators are slow due to number of floors with multiple people getting on and stopping at every floor. Also, there are only three areas with two elevators at each spot. Expect long waits. Parking isn’t too bad, but if you do not have an assigned spot it is hard to find a spot without driving up to higher levels. Quiet hours are not enforced. Still a lot of loud music and yelling at late hours after 10 pm.

This is a great condo!!! the view is perfect. The pool is clean and inviting. We really enjoyed the easy beach access too!!!
Communication was top notch by multiple parties when we had a small door code issue. But it was handled very quickly.
Maybe a few more towels and some k-cups to get us started might be nice!!
Overall, we would recommend and return!!!

The suite was clean however the following things did not work upon arrival - bathroom sinks did not drain, lamp light near master bedroom - one did not work. Overall for this suite 3 is appropriate. The Shores of Panama does keep a clean facility but provides nothing as for security and safety for guests. This place has become more of an out of control Spring Break for adolescents-real bad and the out of control, untrained weapons use on the beach that guests staying here consider ours. Two separate nights of shootings on the beach, young adults vomiting off the patio’s 19 stories high, extremely loud music from several patios really scared young grandkids. Zero security. Police handled shootings investigations. Uhm…buyer beware.
