Day Rentals are $20 for 3 hours or $30 for the day to return by 6pm. Day Rentals will ensure more guests have access to the bicycles, and enhance safety with no riding at night. All bikes have a comfy seat, and most have a basket or cup holder. Helmet and lock are included with each rental. Follow These Rental Instructions: Visit the kiosk, scan the QR Code, input your information, pay, get a bike lock code on your phone, grab a helmet, walk your bike out of the parking garage, ride safely, when finished: walk your bike into the parking garage, scan a different QR Code to return your bike, and park it so it can be readied for the next rider.

At first I was skeptical after reading reviews about the parking deck, elevators, and safety issues about the area. We were on the 13th floor. Our parking spot was on the 12th floor. Had no issues with the parking deck. We had an SUV. I could see problems with larger vehicles or big trucks. But glad we didn't take the truck. No problems with the elevator either, just avoided high traffic times. Pool was great and beach was close. Great views. All in all, a great experience!

The unit is fine. It had any amenities you’d need for a week stay. Although we experienced a few issues with cleanliness on our arrival, the property manager was very responsive and did a good job with customer service. The large balcony view is great. The beach could have used a raking from the cig butts and trash, but the pool area was really nice and clean. There are 800 units in this building so everyone will have a different experience or expectation staying around that many people. This unit is probably the best spot in the tower, as far as being on 13th floor, for parking. No one parks on top deck which is right outside this units door.
