About this apartment rental
Welcome to those in the area for vacation, hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and all other outdoor activities this beautiful area offers. Sit outside on the porch, enjoying the views and wildlife. Area wildlife commonly includes deer and foxes, along with the occasional elk or bear. Please note porch does not offer any shade.
Only three miles south of the town of Dolores, the Dolores River, and McPhee Reservoir. Only seven miles to the town of Cortez. Nearby attractions include Mesa Verde National Park, Canyon of the Ancients National Monument, and numerous fishing spots.
Less than a mile down the private dirt road sits this fully furnished one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional small room with a twin bed and a twin trundle (this room does not have a door). Will sleep 4 people comfortably, and a fifth if someone wants to sleep on the couch (not a pullout couch). Access to the apartment is up a wooden staircase. Residence is NOT ADA-ACCESSIBLE.
The apartment sits over the main home's detached garage (garage is inaccessible to renters). Host family lives on the property in the main home.

This apartment was perfect for me and my husband. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the appliances and cabinets were brand new. The views were lovely. It was a little bit more out of town than we had thought but was still in a lovely area.

Very clean and quiet. Just need window coverings. It is on a dirt road which is not uncommon in Dolores, CO.
