Greeting, customer service (if you could find it), the room was dirty, TV didn't work, furnace made noise when running, the bed squeak when you moved, the door sweep was 50% missing because it was broken, and I was in the room at the end of the building next to the street, and I thought the place was under construction because of the condition of it. All I could do was listen to the traffic noise outside. This was the worse hotel experience in my 69 years. I have a video to prove it.

BED BUGS BEWARE BED BUGS and the management would not correct the problem or warn other guests.

Nothing because the BED BUG problem voided any positive aspects of our stay at this motel - avoid this motel at all costs. BED BUGS BEWARE BED BUGS

BED BUGS BEWARE BED BUGS and to make matters worse, the rude, irresponsible manager (Jigish Patel) would not correct the problem or warn others staying in the room (room 217) of the bed bug problem. This motel puts their profits above the health and safety of their guests. Avoid this motel at all costs. Do not stay there unless you want 2 weeks of pain and misery afterwards.

The location and rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and my dog and I enjoyed our stay and felt safe there.

The location was great! Dennys, a Speedway gas station, and a Walmart were all within 5 mins walking distance. Plenty of parking and the staff was very welcoming.

I wish there was an actual “pet area” with a trash can for poop bags and some grass. Also I had to get my key reset every day of my 4 night stay bc it would only work for 24 hrs at a time.

The price

Broke down cars in the parking lot, no cups in room, no liner for ice bucket. Sliding door in shower only open at one end so you have to get inside the shower to turn it on, be sure to move shower head toward wall first. No toilet paper holder, bathroom floor was gross. Living space Floor was filthy, if going to remove carpet and replace with vinyl you still have to wash the floor. NOT A PLACE FOR KIDS ..

Close to Mesa Verde but in need of a big tidy up.

We choose Econo Lodge as they are usually consistently good value, clean and smart. The room was quite large but wasn’t as clean as I would expect Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was your normal motel breakfast. It was very convenient for Mesa Verde National Park plus shops and restaurants.

Kitchenette lacked the facilities I would expect - not even an ice bucket. Trash bins in the parking area were full, the swimming pool had been filled in but it was a nice sitting area which we couldn’t use because the construction team had left a small pile of soil!! It did not match the high expectations of the other 4 Econo Lodges we have stayed in during our 7 week vacation. The laundry area was full of rubbish and a supermarket trolley and other items that should not have been there.

Location

The bathroom was a real problem . Hot cold handle reversed. All plumbing falling apart , cheap hardware. Was unclean floors , floors need to be redone huge stains also. On the good side good beds and pillows . Staff were very nice and helpful for recommendations of restaurants

We didn't stay because of the above mentioned door and people

Nothing except the interaction with the front desk person. Although we had to wait 5 minutes to be waited on, he did apologize for the wait. He appeared to be the only person working there and said he had been fixing something upstairs.

Room door was ill fitting and didn't feel secure, couldn't park near our room, no pool as advertised, numerous people appeared to be long stay and were hanging around outside.

There was Construction going on at the property, which blocked most of the parking spaces. It was a long walk from my room to my car. Also no elevator to my second floor room. .

Accross the street from a Walmart, gas station & Denny’s, which is handy!

Advertised a pool, reason we booked as son and I wished to swim after hiking parks. Arrived and pool is closed until after the 4th, 9 more days! On line listings we’re not updated to that fact. Breakfast is cereal (2 types), toast & yogurt. Oops, coffee & juice too.

Bed was okay. Went to McDonalds for breakfast.

We stayed there two days the beds were not made when we came back they should’ve at least been made tiles should’ve been replaced and soap the floors were dirty could walk around without any shoes or socks.
