The home is on a safe and quiet street with very little traffic. Just minutes away from downtown Durango. The attention to detail is incredible, with custom finishes throughout. All closets including pantry were built out with high-end adjustable shelving. Kitchen has custom cabinets and all counter tops are high-end granite. The lighting fixtures were carefully selected to fit the space and make it feel like home. The landscaping is immaculate with Custom Fencing and Flagstone patios in the backyard are stunning and make this in-town home feel like a place to escape!

Excellent location in Durango. Close to downtown, close to campus, and easy access to Santa Rita Park, Animas River Trail, and many other places. The host was very communicative, responded quickly to messages, and provided great suggestions of places to go locally (maps and brochures in the house). The house was very clean with a great yard and patio in a quiet, walkable neighboorhood with a nearby park. Easy driving distance to Mesa Verde, Telluride, Purgatory, etc. Would 100% return to this same location without hesitation. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The owner was great with anything we needed. The location was fantastic. The accommodations just what we expected. We would definitely visit again.
