About this apartment rental

Two bedroom with 1 queen and 1 full size bed with a loft perfect for two kids, one bath with complete kitchen and laundry, Wi-Fi and TV. Located half way between Cortez and Dolores with beautiful views of Montezuma Valley and Sleeping Ute Mountain. Minutes from Mesa Verde National Park, one hour to Durango or Telluride, two hours to Moab. Half way between Phil's World and Boggy Draw single-track mountain biking areas. Attached bike repair/storage area on site. Five minutes from Anasazi Heritage Center and McPhee Reservoir. Resident herd of deer ate them all. Rural setting.
Accommodations share 26 acre site with owners residence.
