The hosts were delightful despite our mutual lack of language fluency.

The breakfast was very good quality French with fresh bread, home made jams, pastries, cheese and cold ham. The location was very central to Evreux with good secure parking. The accommodation was spacios with en suite facilities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful despite our mutual lack of fluency in each others language.

The only downside was the shower as the shower head kept falling out of its mount. The mechanical WC also meant that the WC could not be flushed between 11.00 and 7.30 because of the noise.

Very welcoming hosts. The accommodation was exceptionally clean, practical and comfortable. Secure parking was arranged to the enclosed back of the garden. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts of this property were friendly and provided good advice with restaurant options. We hope to return at another time.

The whole attitude of the owners was wonderful. Helpful beyond what one can reasonably expect. Where to park is not obvious but once contacted the owners made it easy and once there it is very goof and feels very secure. The Covid precautions booking.com ask about seem totally out of date so no excessive precautions should be fussed over in a spacious environment.

Highly recommend and we will definitely be returning!

Traditional French house which was exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable and shower superb. Owners were friendly and helpful and they made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, with lots of variety and homemade produce. The house is situated in an excellent location to the beautiful city centre of Evreux. 5 mins walk to the hotel de ville and stunning cathedral, with several al fresco restaurants.

Lovely French property in the centre of town with easy access and very nice hosts.

Breakfast was nicely prepared continental breakfast and plenty of it. The property was easy to find with sat nav. Lovely couple running the property which is there own home. A great restaurant 5 minutes walk away and the main town centre is also nearby plus a British type pub. Ample space in the bedroom and adjoining bathroom etc will definitely be going back and would probably stay more than one night. Good secure car parking.

Excellent facilities and although we spoke little French found the proprietor engaging and very helpful in suggesting resturants etc. The town itself was lovely with canals and a beautiful church. A great overnight, or longer, stop.

Great service and charming place

From the comfortable room with a charming bathtub, the location, the warm/ accomodating service from Mr and Mme Mougin, to the delicious breakfast with homemade jams and warm croissants, everything was perfect. We took a weekend trip to relax and thats exactly what we've got.

Bathroom was rather small, I kept accidentally knocking the shower temperature with my backside! And I am not a larger women... Strange collection of random soaps in the bathroom. Felt a little like we were in someone's house ie clothes in the waldrobe etc
