Lovely hotel in the centre of town.

The hotel is located right in the centre of the town; it is very easy to find. It is located near to restaurants, shops and other facilities. The hotel has no car park on site but there is free parking nearby. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable with good facilities. The hotel is lovely and a good place to relax. The breakfast had a good choice of food and beverages.

Lovely hotel on the main square of the town. Nice clean and comfortable room with friendly, helpful staff. We were allowed to park our motorcycles in the courtyard with the market being on the following morning - great for additional security. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty continental style.

Nice hotel and great location, will definitely use again

Great location in a beautiful town, easy parking and access. Nice selection at breakfast and evening meal was great if a little expensive compared to other places. Allow time to take in the historic location.

Booked a family room, but given a triple. Reception moved us to a double and a twin so all worked well in the end. Couple of power cuts during our stay with no feedback. No restaurant on Sunday evening, was unaware until we checked in.Drinks were expensive.

-De ligging, midden in het historische centrum van Verneuil sur Avre. -Het personeel was vriendelijk. -Het was warm in de kamer, maar gelukkig kon ik de temperatuur regelen. Het parkeren voor de deur.

-Mij werd verteld dat de poort om 22.00 uur op slot ging. Dan zou ik met de sleutel de poort kunnen openen. Toen me dat 's avonds niet lukte en een medewerkster voor mij open deed, bleek hij niet op slot. Iets duidelijker uitleg over de poort zou prettig zijn. -De douchecabine was krap. Dit wist ik al door eerdere reviews.

Pas grand chose. L'accueil à l'arrivée

L'hôtel accepte les chiens, mais également les propriétaires de chiens irrespectueux qui laissent leur chien seul aboyer jusqu'à 1h du matin pendant qu'ils sortent tranquillement. Aucune éducation de la part de ces propriétaires. L'accueil s'est contenté d'un à oui ce n'est pas très sympa ! Préférez un hôtel qui n'accepte pas les chiens pour dormir sereinement.

Nous sommes venu à l’hôtel du Saumon car nous avions un mariage dans un domaine situé à 10 minutes en voiture (domaine de Evis). La chambre était propre et bien décorée. Le lit et les oreillers étaient très confortables.

Salle de bain ancienne. En revanche la douche était très propre et récente.

Hôtel agréable mais quelques trucs à améliorer.

Hôtel très bien placé se situant en centre ville, sur la place principale de Verneuil. Parking gratuit mais mettre le disque. Chambre propre, lit confortable, personnel sympathique, petit déjeuner très correct. Hôtel à l'ancienne, cela change des hôtels de chaîne, du coup à sa propre personnalité et c'est très appréciable.

Quelques points pourraient être améliorés tels : la luminosité de la chambre (mettre des ampoules plus fortes ou changer les abats-jours (impossible de lire au lit), du moisi sous fenêtre et papier décollé, manque de prises électriques, quelques petites tâches noires au plafond, odeur dans la chambre (dûe au nettoyage de la moquette ? odeur de chien mouillé), et l'état de la terrasse (si le matériel est obsolète autant le mettre à la décharge).

Sale et décevant

Le charmant jeune homme à l'accueil était très gentil et très serviable. Heureusement, parce-que n'y avait que ça de positif. La literie était impeccable, propre et douillet.

Pour commencer, il serait judicieux de préciser que le restaurant ferme en cette période de l'année et d'en informer vos clients. Pareil pour la petite fête de village qui a eu lieu juste en face de l'hôtel et qui du coup nous a privés du fameux parking PUBLIC. Parlons propreté, je n'ai jamais une chambre d'hôtel avec un parquet aussi sale( au moins 2 semaines voire 3 semaines sans que le sol soit lavé car dès qu'on marcher à chaussettes malheureusement nos chaussettes étaient pleines de crasse après quelques pas ), des étagères poussiéreuses, et des joints moisis. Il serait judicieux de passer un coup de propre. Il n'y a pas d'horloge dans la chambre, j'ai vite compris pourquoi, le clocher qui est juste à côté à sonner à toutes les heures même la nuit.

Satisfait de l'hôtel, pour y avoir résidé plusieurs fois. Déçu de la non réponse de la Direction.

Nous connaissons déjà l'hôtel, que nous apprécions jusqu'à présent, y résidant lorsque nous venons rendre visite à notre fille ainée qui habite à Verneuil.

Une réduction de 10% était offert sur le dîner au restaurant, si résidant à l'hôtel (ce qui était notre cas). Cette réduction n'a pas été appliquée, cela a été mentionné lors du check out et on nous avait promis de revenir vers nous rapidement. J'ai envoyé plusieurs relances par courriel par la suite, sans jamais recevoir aucune réponse (encore à ce jour 25/08 soit plus de 3 semaines après).

chambres petites mais pour dormir c'est suffisant , cabine de douche dans la chambre triple .Equipement suffisant . La literie est de bonne qualité . Le petit déjeuner est correct avec du choix . Possibilité de laisser la voiture sur le parking face à l'hôtel ( sauf la veille d'un jour de marché ) . Restaurants à proximité immédiate !

les rideaux ne sont pas occultants car ils laissent passer la lumière du jour . On entend bien les portes des voisins qui claquent ! Le rideau de la douche n'empêche pas de verser de l'eau en dehors .

L'hôtel idéal pour visiter cette charmante ville et ses environs

En plein centre ville face à l'église de la Madeleine sur une place très animée, c'est vraiment une belle découverte pour moi. Le rapport qualité/prix est extraordinaire. Le personnel est attentif à votre bien être. Un petit déjeuner copieux à un tarif défiant toute concurrence. Le calme assuré pour dormir même la fenêtre ouverte. Rien à voir avec l'hôtellerie impersonnelle de chaine, ici il y a un charme et des attentions.
