Fantastic stay – felt just like home

We had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It’s very spacious, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. The host was kind and welcoming, and we appreciated the attention to detail. A big bonus was the portable air conditioner – it kept the apartment cool and comfortable during the hot summer weather, which is not always easy to find. The kitchen was stocked with a great selection of cooking essentials and spices, and even cleaning supplies were provided. There was also a washer, dryer, and laundry capsules available, which made longer stays much more convenient. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Durchschnittliche Ferienwohung in Clermont-Ferrand - für PKW-Anreise nicht zu empfehlen

Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer mit ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten und einer Couch. Das Highlight ist ein großer Flachbild-TV, der allerdings in einem 90 Grad-Winkel zur Couch steht. Die Matratzen waren für unser Empfinden sehr gut. Durch den Türcode hatte man keinen Schlüssel dabei, den mal verlieren kann. Durch den Aufzug war der 3. Stock gut zu erreichen.

Die Angaben in Booking bezüglich des Parkplatzes sind recht widersprüchlich. Tatsächlich ist es so, dass im Hof des Anwesens zahlreiche Parkplätze für die Mieter des Hauses vorhanden sind, allerdings keiner für die Ferienwohnung. Am Straßenrand befinden sich nur kostenpflichtige Parkplätze mit einer Parkdauerlimitierung von 5 Stunden am Tag. Für Mieter, die mit dem Auto anreisen, ist diese Ferienwohnung eher ungeeignet. Auch die anderen Angaben in Booking entsprechen nicht der Realität: es fehlt ein Garten, eine Veranda, ein Schreibtisch, eine Spielekonsole, Videospiele, CD-Player, Mückennetz, der Ausblick beschränkt sich auf den Hinterhof und die Nachbargebäude. Die Klimaanlage ist ein mobiles Klimagerät im Wohnzimmer mit einem Abluftschlauch, d.h. für den Betrieb muss das Fenster geöffnet werden. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Wohngebäude mit einem wenig einladenden Eingang und dunklen Gängen. ´ Sauberkeit: der Esstisch im Wohnzimmer war zu unserem Anreisezeitpunkt nicht abgewischt, es waren noch deutliche Tassenränder zu sehen. In der Küche lagen noch Krümel auf dem Schneidebrett, der Boden im WC hatte klebende Flecken, ebenso waren die Türgriffe klebrig. Die Dusche im Bad bedarf einer Sanierung, die Küche ist aus alten Beständen zusammengezimmert, einzig die Kühl-/Gefrierschrankkombi ist neu. Bei unserer Anreise lief ständig das Wasser im WC, da der Spülkasten nicht in Ordnung ist. Zu wenige Handtücher (4 Stück für 3 Personen), kein Topf um mal Nudeln oder Reis abzukochen, nur Pfannen, kein Kochlöffel, nur ein halbes Salatbesteck, eine Müslischale und eine Tasse mit Rissen. Das war bisher die miserabelste Küchenausstattung, die uns bis dato in einer Ferienunterkunft bereitgestellt wurde. Der Fön gibt seltsame Geräusche von sich, so dass wir auf dessen Verwendung verzichtet haben. Den Vermieter haben wir mit diesen Umständen konfrontiert und er hatt Besserung versprochen. Für uns ging der Aufenthalt allerdings unverändert zu Ende.

Mooi appartement, rustig gelegen en op 15 minuten stappen van het Place de Jaude.

Te weinig handdoeken en ook geen keuken handdoek. De mobiele airco maakt veel lawaai.

Прекрасная квартира - большая, просторная, функциональная! Кухня большая, уютная, со всем необходимым! Очень важно, что было хорошее отопление, т.к. погода была прохладная. Очень милый и дружелюбный хозяин! Я прекрасно провела время в этой квартире! Расположение очень удобное, близко к автобусной станции, достаточно близко к центральной части. Я бы вернулась в эту квартиру однозначно!

Немного шумноват котел на кухне, поэтому приходится все время закрывать дверь на кухню. И мне не хватило фиксаторов на окнах, чтобы регулировать проветривание

Très bonne surprise ! Appartement refait à neuf, d'une propreté impeccable et joliment décoré. Arben est un hôte très sympathique et attentionné. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ! Je conseille vivement !
