A+ quiet location just a short walk from the city centre

Amazing stay and friendly people! Property was great, about a 4-5 minute walk from the center. I loved how quiet it was, no traffic noise, very relaxing. The balcony was awesome to get some fresh air and sun, and it was great to have a full kitchen and full size fridge. Would definitely stay again and plan to return!

Worth considering.

Amazing eastwards view from the balcony first thing in the morning with the sun coming over the mountains. Friendly hospitable host. Everything worked perfectly. Walkable (for us) distance into town.

We were not warned of a wedding next door, Albanian weddings involve three nights celebration, luckily our first night was their last. Music went on until 0130hrs the next morning, nothing could attenuate the noise experienced.

Quiet residential apartment within walking distance of the town center. Helpful owner who speaks good English. Apartment has a small balcony and washer. It also has a kitchen.

Good for a short stay

Eli, who received me was very nice, & quick in responding. It’s a relatively new building, the interiors are also quite fresh. Facilities are sufficient. The location is ok, 13 minutes walk to bus station, 7 minutes to Kole Idromeno.

Overall lighting is quite dim. the bedroom doesn't have any windows, also no air conditioner or fan. There’s no shower partition or curtain in the bathroom, so the entire bathroom & floor gets wet after shower.

Aleksi was helpful as he spoke very good English. The location was very good. Good value for money. Aircon worked very well.

The furniture is very old and some, like the sofa and chairs on balcony, old and a bit broken. Exact location was sent a bit late but value for money is amazing.

Private, good value

Eli, a young, polite man greeted us and showed us the place. The place is very clean, and functional. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. Attractions, shops and restaurants are all nearby. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony. The bus station is only a 15-minute away.

Lovely apartment that has all the amenities you need. Host was very welcoming and helpful. Nice to have a little balcony. Not too far from the main town.

Note access via stairs. A little tricky to find so make sure you know where you are going beforehand!

Lovely apartment

Extremely welcoming, helpful, communicative and just generally lovely hosts. The apartment was very clean, airy and spacious. It had amazing views from all windows along with a great balcony with drying space for clothes. It was pretty central, easy walking distance to shops, bars and bus stops. If we were to visit Shkoder again we would stay here. We did find the pillows a tad hard, but that maybe just a personal thing.

Go for it!

Nice staff. The maps didn't bring us to the exact place so they went to meet us on the nearby street. The room is huge and the shower is fantastic. I would recommend staying here.

They don't accept cards and there's no black out drapes in the room.

Good size apartment, well equipped for a short stay, comfortable bed & good Wi-Fi. Eli was helpful and nice. Only 5mins walk to end of old town.

Location a bit difficult to find by address only. Location by map in advance would be better from host

Good spot for two

The apartment was nice and clean and spacious. The owners were really friendly and helped us out. Very easy check in and check out. Decent location in a relatively quiet street, with a nice view over the nearby houses.

There was some miscommunication with the shower unit and how to turn on the hot water, but all turned out fine in the end!

Céntrico y perfecto para unos días

Todo perfecto. Toda la familia es muy amable. Había unas bonitas vistas desde el balcón y el apartamento estaba a pocos minutos andando del centro. Además, tenía todo lo necesario para pasar allí unos días, cocinar, etc.

La ducha no tenía plato, era el tipo de ducha en que el agua cae directamente al suelo del baño, lo que hacía que se empapara todo durante un buen rato. No obstante, estuvimos en varios alojamientos con este tipo de duchas, así que entiendo que será muy común en el país.

Ein Wohlfühl-Appartment, zentral und dennoch ruhig

Das Appartment wurde 2024 frisch renoviert und ist entsprechend neuwertig und gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Herd, Waschmaschine,…). Die Betten sind sehr bequem und alles war blitzblank sauber. Die Kommunikation mit dem Sohn der Familie funktioniert sehr gut und sie sind ausgesprochen freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, schön ruhig und dennoch nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum.

Wir hatten Mühe das Gebäude anhand der Adresse zu finden; am besten vorher Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber aufnehmen, damit er den genauen Standort senden kann.

Estaba muy limpio. No tenía ningún detalle feo. Está muy cerca de calle peatonal idromeno pero a la vez muy tranquila la zona para dormir. Además de que dejan detergente para lavar la ropa, en la lavadora.Te guardan las mochilas para hacer el trekking Vallbone - Theth. Cerca está el hostel Tia's donde puedes contratar la excursión a Vallbone.

L’accueil était très chaleureux ! L’appartement était super propre et douillet, on se sentait à la maison. La localisation était parfait, un peu éloigné des rues principales pour plus de tranquillité. Merci !!

Alles super! Die Schlüsselübergabe lief schnell und einwandfrei. Die Unterkunft ist gut zu finden, tolle Lage und uns wurde alles vom sehr freundlichen Gastgeber gezeigt. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt (gute Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine, vollständige Küche zum Kochen). Außerdem hatte die Wohnung einen schönen Balkon mit Sonne. Die Sauberheit und die Ausstattung war mit die Beste, die ich über Booking bisher hatte. Die Familie war wirklich außergewöhnlich toll. Sie kamen einem sehr entgegen& halfen uns bei allen Fragen. Unbedingt wieder, wenn wir in Skhoudra sein sollten!
