Praticamente tutto il personale gentilissimo ci hanno dato le biciclette gratuite per visitare il centro della cita di Shkoder, l appartamento è bellissimo anche meglio delle foto.avevamo una grande terrazza dove c'era una sedia a dondolo..c'era la lavatrice e il detersivo cosa per noi comodissima e lo stendino.fantastico anche il parcheggio sotterraneo gratuito. Abbiamo prenotato con loro una gita a fiume shalas e rispetto alle altre agenzie ci sono venuti a prendere direttamente al residence e riportati li e ci hanno pure fatto lo sconto

The place was clean and spacious. They have everything you need to stay here long term. Market, cafe, and bakery are downstairs. Bikes are free if you ask them early to reserve. The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to everything we asked for. Just ask!

We had a very pleasant stay at Harmony. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and new, with simple and modern furniture. The large living room is especially comfortable, and the apartment also has a nice balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with almost all the essentials, although a microwave would be a useful addition. Parking is available and easily accessible, and having a supermarket right under the building is very convenient. The building is also located on a wide, quiet street with little traffic. The staff were very nice, friendly, and cooperative, which made our stay even more comfortable.

A few minor points that could make the apartment even better: the AC outdoor unit is located on the balcony, so the heat and noise from the unit can make sitting there less comfortable. There is no microwave or bathroom shattaf/bidet spray, and the floor cleaning/mopping could be improved.
