Good for bigger groups that want to stay central.

Very friendly host who picked us up and gave us some tips for our city tour. Perfect location, as it is very central and you can walk everywhere by foot. Quite spacious apartment as well.

The furniture is not the newest and it wasn’t always as clean as we would have wanted it to be- though, the basics (bed sheets, towels etc.) were clean.

Very spaceous appartment in the city center

There is a large living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with 7 beds (one bedroom with an AC and one without it). If needed, 3 more people could sleep less comfortably in the living room. Parking in the street may be difficult, but we managed to find a place. Special thanks to a wonderful, helpful and smiling owner!😀

The appartment is rather worn down and there are some leftover things in the cupboards and fridge. Still, it is mostly clean, very spaceous and has a good price. Definately recommend!

MUCH better than our first stay four days earlier.

PROS: - On this second stay in the same apartment, the management was much better at meeting us at apartment to give us the keys. - We were in a better mood this time because of the better key handoff, so appreciated the apartment better than 1st stay. - Apartment is clean. - The location was GREAT for us taking a bus to Koman and then to Kotor, as well as doing things in Shkoder. - The bathroom is big, and the shower has hot water. - The bed is big and comfortable. - Was able to do laundry with machine in apartment. - Kitchen served us well. Had most of the items needed to cook meals. - The daily rate is very fair. - Elevator makes it easier to take luggage up to 2nd floor. - Plenty of space to hang clothes, store items, bathroom space. - Some basic kitchen and bathroom items provided in apartment. - Stored some of our luggage in apartment for four days while we hiked Valbone-Theth and it was safe. - VERY close to a "9" rating, but still concerned they have the wrong street number and address on Booking.com

CONS: - Communication can be a little tricky. - More "tourist" information should be provided for guests. (good restaurants, activities, how to operate appliances, etc). - Management MUST make sure they provide correct address for guests. We couldn't find apartment on our first stay!

Disappointing, but we are staying here again before departing Albania, so they have a 2nd chance.

PROS: - Apartment centrally located. - Very large apartment for two people. - Smart TV enabled us to stream entertainment we enjoy. - Kitchen was functional with most* things needed. - Elevator is a plus even though apartment is on the 2nd floor. - Heating unit in living area warms the space nicely and quickly. - Bathroom was nice, and shower had hot water on demand and pressure decent.

CONS: - Could not find apartment because street and number provided were incorrect and Google maps could not get us there. - Raining when we arrived, and stood out in it waiting for someone to come to show us how to get to the apartment for over 30 minutes. No one on the street or in businesses could tell us where the address is. - Building common spaces inside are very rundown. - Apartment was dark, cold, and damp when we entered, which added to our unhappiness already experienced by wait in rain. - Heating unit in bedroom doesn't work as efficiently as unit in living area. - TV is small for the size of the room and apartment.

Muy buena relación calidad precio, apartamento muy amplio, ubicación perfecta, los dos baños facilitaron la estancia ya que eramos un grupo de 5, usamos la lavadora

Usamos el filtro de parking gratuito y no tenía parking, aunque el anfitrión nos aparcó muy amablemente el coche bastante cerca. Se nos acabó el papel higiénico, había poco y supongo que se les olvidó dejar algo más.
