Its OK, but not the best place for stay.

Location its self is fine, all needs are on 2-5min walk. Market, restorans, bakery, promenada, streat shops...

Not enough parking space. Not hot water on bathroom sink. It was not cleaned once during the 5 day stay. Extremely busy street, noise from early morning to late night.

Hotel to have a rest on the beach

Private hotel in the center of touristic village close to the big sand beach. The cleaning every day. Really big room (actually it is two rooms united). Two bathrooms. Two air conditions. Private parking. Around the hotel are several shops and restaurants - you will not feel yourself in the countryside.

Wi-Fi internet was bad. The signal was only near the room entrance. The owner uses very weak access points without antennas. The way to the beach (~1km) is straight but usually blocked by cars.

Superb

The apartments are super clean (cleaned every day), comfortable and quiet. Great for that amount of money. The cleaning lady Bojana is amazing and we loved our communication with her! There's also cheap bike rental in Sunpoint so that's a big plus :) Also great organic vegetables and fruits just around the corner, tasty bakery and nearby shops-all that by walking distance.

The only thing was that we left the keys in our room after checking out since there wasn't anyone at the reception or around and we had to leave for our bus. The host was not pleased about that but it was the only option.

Sve ostalo je sjajno. Ima parking, vlasnik objekta je prisutan i prijatan. Svaki dan dolazi spremačica koja je takodje prijatna. Apartman je opremljen sa svim neophodnim stvarima (posudje, posteljina, peškiri koji se menjaju svakodnevno, TV i sl.). Toalet je sjajan, kuhinja sjajna. Sve pohvale. U blizini se nalazi sjajan burek (tetov burek ili tako nešto), dobra pica, piljarnice, marketi (čak četiri u krugu od 200m). Na plaže se ide kolima bez obzira gde ste smešteni, ali su sve plaže relativno blizu. Ada Bojana je na par km od smeštaja.

Poslednjih par dana je postojao signal za wifi, ali nije bilo interneta, što nama nije naročito smetalo, ali nekome može značiti. Napominjemo da se nismo ni bunili zbog toga, pa ne znamo da li se moglo rešiti.

Amazing, clean, tidy and everything you need! :)

Our experience was great! It was really, really clean, everyone was so kind and we felt really welcomed. The location is near the center of Stoj, and close to a lot of popular beaches. We really recommend. :))

Location, cleanliness, staff (Bojana cleans your room every day, does the dishes, turns the washing maschine, she is really great and very helpfull). Parking, nice deck. Price/quality ratio is top.

The bed, even tough its big, is very uncomfy. Feels like its been overused, its squeeky on even the smallest motion and my back hurt every morning, hopefully the owner changes it. Everything else is great, like i said price/quality ratio is great but i feel like the most important thing we need is way below average. If the bed(or at least the matress) ia changed id be happy to come back.

Highly recommended property

Very kind and communicative personnel. Everything is very clean and neat, a room is being cleaned daily and a laundry is being changed every couple of days. All the expected facilities included, like free private parking, full kitchenware, WiFi, air conditioning and anti-insect nets on the windows. Good location, many shops and restaurants nearby and the beach is relatively near.

They cleaned the room everyday, brought new clean towels everyday, fill in with toilet paper when missing, bed was comfy, kitchen has everything you need, air condition worked great, the cleaning lady even washed the dishes I forgot to wash.

Wifi only worked on the terrace, not in the room.

Incredibly clean apartment near the center of Donji Štoj

The apartment is nice, decently equipped and suitable for a group of friends. Mr. Kuqi is a very kind and professional host. For example, one of the LED panel lights did not work and he fixed it right away. The location is quite good, close to the center of Donji Štoj where most restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores are located. Secure private parking is provided behind the house. Above all, the way they take care of hygiene is the biggest plus of this property – the room is cleaned every single day, floors swept, all towels changed, beds made and the bed linen is changed every other day.

Our accommodation was changed from "Studio with Garden View" to a slightly smaller "Deluxe Double Studio" once we got there. The Wi-Fi signal was weak most of the time and the bed was a little shorter. There was a TV set in the apartment, but it only had German satellite TV channels, which made it practically useless to us.

We really enjoy our stay at this apartment. Very good location of the apartment, near clubs, restaurants, cafes, shops, tourist info... The host is very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw that they clean our apartment every day. They even washed our dirty laundry every day. Staying in this apartment was an incredibly enjoyable experience.
